A guide for kundalini mastery and deep transformational healing.
My personal journey has led me through most of Indias teachings in more than 15 years of living there. I studied yoga, meditation, tantric practices, philosophy and much more under different masters. Until my Kundalini energy became super strong and out of control. From this moment onwards I needed to find my own answers. Today I share them with you.
Born and raised in Vienna, Austria, I travelled to India for the first time when I was 18 years old. A deep fascination for the country and its teachings have made me make my personal home there.
On my own healing path I have done several trainings and years in different ashrams under the guidance of various teachers. This time has transformed my life from the core and has built my love towards ways of finding alignment within and living the most vibrant life I possibly could. I have developed and grown my profound understandings of yoga, tantra, the philosophy as well as the mysteries about the kundalini energies not just to enjoy my own journey, but to also help you guide yours.
What I offer today is all based around the acceleration of your Healing & Awakening from limitations that keep you playing small. My approach is very simple and effective, helping you understand how you can overcome your fears and worries, and heal what has kept you in lower frequencies.
My healing modalities range from a substantial approach on yoga, pranayama and meditation to tantric ways of uplifting you where you are as well as guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to facilitate your Kundalini Awakening.
