I have spent half my grown-up life in India to study all different modalities working on Kundalini energy. After having had to get myself out of very hard symptoms with this energy, I have made my way to understand it from the core. Today I am working with individuals developing their own energy, with psychotherapists needing to understand more about the symptoms as well as plant medicine facilitators to become more integrated in their work.
